Steven Balaban
Steve (he/him) is as cool as a cucumber in any situation and against any deadline. He gets to the heart of creative challenges to craft communication with meaning.
Known for his collaborative approach with clients and creatives alike, Steve provides clear and thoughtful strategy, conceptualization and project frameworks to build success upon. In print, on screen or in concept, Steve brings an editorial sensibility and narrative purpose to his work that fosters greater connection between audience and content.
Philina Chan
Phil (she/her) is your go-to creative confidant poised to help people craft great ideas, solve problems and lovingly guide intention into action.
Known for her inquisitive approach, astute leadership, and nurturing management style, Philina strives to create thoughtful and honest spaces to ideate, actualise and evolve compelling solutions. Whether it’s defining a brand strategy, pitching concepts or art directing on set, Philina consistently creates meaningful connections to the challenge at hand and with those she is collaborating with.

Dara Skolnick
Dara Skolnick (she/her) is an independent web developer from Toronto who specializes in building highly useful and usable WordPress websites. After working as a web developer at a variety of places from large organizations to small agencies, she now collaborates with purpose-led designers, businesses, non-profits and creatives to build websites that are smooth, secure, and easy to use. Dara prioritizes making technology as accessible as possible and empowering clients with the knowledge to feel comfortable and confident with their websites. Dara also teaches tech workshops and speaks at WordPress conferences.
Lisa Milosavljevic
Lisa Milosavljevic (she/they) is a photographer, filmmaker, and anthropologist from Toronto and based in Montreal. She is passionate about building connections between people, community, and cultures through visual storytelling. Lisa takes a people-first approach to her work by creating welcoming environments that people feel safe in and prioritizes building strong and talented teams with folks from the QTBIPOC community. Her editorial work explores stories on navigating cultural and climate change.
